    一家子在圣诞节宅在家观赏电影的日子,少不了一些自制的小零嘴,从爆米花到薯条然后是虾饼,最刷嘴的竟然是用通心粉制成的脆饼,成品和我小时候爱吃的零食有过之而无不及,一咬下去咔嗞咔嗞的,一部电影还未结束,一大罐通心粉脆饼已见底了……。

    Step 1

    取一锅,倒入水、通心粉、江鱼仔粉、海盐和食油,煮至软后,捞起沥干。Take a pot, pour in water, macaroni, noodles, sea salt and cooking oil, cook until soft, remove and drain.

    Step 2

    将通心粉排入烤盘内,放进烤箱以低温80ºC烤90-120分钟,风干至通心粉干爽不沾手,立刻取出,备用。Arrange the macaroni into the baking tray, bake into oven at a low temperature of 80ºC for 90-120 minutes. Air-dry until the macaroni is dry and does not stick to your hands. Take it out immediately and set aside.

    Step 3

    冷油下锅,开大火升至高温后,即可调到中火,下通心粉炸约30-45秒,捞出沥干油,备用。Heat oil in the pan, turn to high heat then turn to medium heat, add the macaroni and fry for about 30-45 seconds, remove and drain, set aside.

    Step 4

    加入所有的调味料与炸通心粉混合均匀,待凉后,即可存入罐子内或直接享用。Add all the seasonings, mix well with the fried macaroni, you can store it in a jar or enjoy it directly.
